"Simply the enthusiasm and excitement on his face when he sits down to start working on a video never ceases to amaze me. It fills me with happiness to see him enjoying what he does and approaching it not as work, but as a challenge. With every video, I can hardly wait to see the next creation. His enthusiasm never wanes, and he always comes up with more and more creative ideas. If an idea happens to come to him in the middle of the night, the thought won’t let him sleep, and it lingers in his mind until he’s compelled to get up and work on the video right then and there. I wish everyone could have a job that they do with such passion and joy, finding real happiness in it. I’m very proud of him."
