In 2021, I took part in the WEVA International Wedding Filmmaking Competition, where I was honored with four awards in the Hungary category by the international jury. Then, in the summer of 2025, I was thrilled to achieve second place in the international category at the WEVSY Wedding Filmmaking Competition.
It was an incredible honor and a truly memorable experience for me.
A destination wedding is always a story of its own. It’s not just about a beautiful location, but about an experience you’ll carry with you for the rest of your lives.
We believe the most beautiful wedding photographs and films do more than simply show what happened. They bring back what it felt like to be there.
We’re Évi and Árpi, a wedding photography and filmmaking duo with a particular love for destination weddings. We had our own wedding abroad, so we know exactly what it feels like to say “I do” in a faraway, extraordinary place. We primarily focus on filmmaking for larger destination weddings, capturing the story of the entire day in a natural and authentic way. For smaller weddings of around 15–20 guests and intimate elopements, we also offer both photography and filmmaking, allowing us to document the entire experience from both perspectives.
Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to work at beautiful locations in Croatia, Greece and Cyprus, and every wedding is a new experience for us. We love getting to know our couples, experiencing the day alongside them, and looking for those natural, meaningful moments that truly reflect who they are. We simply love them.
The breathtaking landscapes, Mediterranean atmosphere, mountains, coastlines, charming old Italian streets or a Greek island sunset never fail to captivate us.
Every country brings its own atmosphere to a wedding, and that’s exactly what makes every story completely unique.
But there’s an even more personal reason.
We had a destination wedding ourselves.
In Bora Bora.
It was one of the most defining experiences of our lives, and to this day, we look back on every moment with a smile. We have never regretted choosing to celebrate our wedding that way — not for a single second.
Perhaps that’s why we can connect so deeply with couples who choose to get married abroad.
We know exactly what it feels like to say “I do” in a dream destination.
And that’s why we wholeheartedly support every couple who dreams of a destination wedding.
We are passionate travelers.
We’ve been to almost every continent — with only South America still waiting on our bucket list.
We love discovering different cultures, meeting new people, hearing different languages, and experiencing that unique feeling of arriving somewhere completely new.
We believe travel gives us so much as people, and it’s something we want to pass on to our little boy as well.
We want him to experience just how beautiful, diverse and extraordinary the world can be.
Perhaps that’s why we always feel a little at home at a destination wedding.
We don’t create traditional wedding films.
We work with a cinematic approach, focusing on genuine moments, natural emotions and authentic storytelling.
We pay attention to the little details — the glances, smiles and touches that often go unnoticed, yet are so often what give a wedding its soul.
We approach photography in exactly the same way.
Our goal is that when you look back at your photographs and film years from now, you won’t simply remember the day.
You’ll feel it all over again.
